As Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Centro, McCann oversees day-to-day operations and leads the team of Ancillary Benefits Consultants.

McCann began her career at Guardian Life Insurance where she held various roles in Distribution and Client Management. With over 20 years of experience in new business development and key account management, she was instrumental in building a successful team and an operating model at Centro, where she has been from its inception. She holds a BA in Business Leadership and Economics from Baker University.
