Balding joined Centro in January of 2021 as Chief Operating Officer before transitioning to his current role of Chief Revenue Officer.

In this role, he is responsible for executing on the vision and the strategy that drives exponential and sustainable growth of the business.

Prior to joining Centro, Balding served as Vice President of Group and Worksite Markets Distribution at Guardian Life Insurance and was a member of the executive leadership team. In this role, he was responsible for the growth, strategy and distribution management of Guardian’s employee benefits business. He also oversaw National and Regional Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Client Management Organization.
