What are the Responsibilities of a Team Assistant?

  • Work closely and effectively with the Vice President providing support in a multitude of areas.
  • Running various reports and preparing meeting materials – often with very short notice.
  • Prioritize team needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and with great attention to detail.
  • Update/maintain client management system.
  • Provide support to team of Analysts by updating templates, checklists, and other materials.
  • Arrange and attend team meetings ensuring materials are prepared and distributed.
  • Collect, track, and manage compensation statements.
  • Track new partner onboarding.
  • General office support – supplies, incoming mail, additional administrative duties as necessary.

Candidate Requirements
  • Prior professional administrative work for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
  • Proficiency of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrate well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • High emotional maturity.
  • Must possess above average attention to detail and be highly organized.
  • Technical savviness – must learn new programs and software quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Access to reliable wi-fi.
