What are the Responsibilities of a Team Assistant?
- Work closely and effectively with the Vice President providing support in a multitude of areas.
- Running various reports and preparing meeting materials – often with very short notice.
- Prioritize team needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and with great attention to detail.
- Update/maintain client management system.
- Provide support to team of Analysts by updating templates, checklists, and other materials.
- Arrange and attend team meetings ensuring materials are prepared and distributed.
- Collect, track, and manage compensation statements.
- Track new partner onboarding.
- General office support – supplies, incoming mail, additional administrative duties as necessary.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior professional administrative work for a minimum of 3 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Proficiency of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrate well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
- High emotional maturity.
- Must possess above average attention to detail and be highly organized.
- Technical savviness – must learn new programs and software quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Access to reliable wi-fi.
