Centro Announces Internal Leadership Promotions Effective January 2026

Tricia McCann has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations.

A founding member of Centro and the company’s first employee, Tricia has been instrumental in building the operational foundation that supports Centro’s growth. Throughout her tenure, she has transformed Centro’s operational infrastructure, strengthening how teams are structured, measured, and supported to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Tricia’s commitment to developing talent, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement has been central to Centro’s growth.

In her new role, Tricia will focus on strengthening operational foundation, elevating performance across teams, and accelerating the tools and processes that will support Centro’s next phase of growth.

Mike Reeves has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales.

As Mike approaches his four-year anniversary with Centro this February, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the organization’s Consulting and Account Executive teams. His leadership has elevated how Centro serves brokers, carriers, and clients nationwide. Mike’s commitment to developing talent, strengthening partnerships, and upholding a culture of excellence has become a cornerstone of Centro’s momentum.

In his expanded role, Mike will continue leading the consulting team, while focusing on expanding Centro’s Consulting Centers of Excellence, enhancing reporting capabilities, and further elevating the experience delivered to broker clients and carrier partners.
